Our community classes are conducted in a friendly, comfortable, judgment-free atmosphere that emphasizes correct and safe alignment. Vinyasa, the linking of breath to movement, is a fundamental aspect in these flowing Ashtanga classes. In every class, clear instructions are given in English, along with physical demonstrations of every pose. Gentle, hands-on alignment assistance is also offered. This easy-to-follow method makes all the community classes suitable for anyone to participate.  You do not need any prior yoga experience or English proficiency to “Get Yogified” in these classes!
