Our community classes are conducted in a friendly, comfortable, judgment-free atmosphere that emphasizes correct and safe alignment. The linking of breath to movement, along with a fusion of fitness & philosophy is the foundation of these hybrid classes we call “Hathayasa”. In every session, clear instructions are given, and every pose is physically demonstrated. Gentle, hands-on alignment assistance is also offered. This easy-to-follow method makes all the community classes suitable for anyone to participate.  You do not need any prior yoga experience or knowledge to “Get Yogified” in these classes!
